Ever thought you can create a Mac like application dock in Windows, which allows you to launch your favorite applications with a single click without having to go to start menu or minimizing all of your open windows!! Here is an elegant tool named Rocketdock that sits on top of your desktop in a nifty dock with your favorite shortcuts.

The dock is very similar to that of Mac and icons show a cool zoom effect on hover. You can drag n drop shortcuts from your desktop or explorer to Rocketdock them. It runs both on XP and Vista.

It allows a great control over its behavior via settings panel. You can set it to start at system start-up, customize its look with a wide range of available themes, set its position on screen etc. You can also make a setting that every window minimizes to RocketDock.

RocketDock makes your windows experience a lot satisfying as you need not minimize all your open windows or go to start menu for launching new application. Just hover click n go!
Here is a screen cast video of RocketDock.
