Flickr Desktop Wallpaper is a nice little freeware utility that lets you use images from Flickr as your Desktop Wallpaper. As it does not require login credentials, you can use any flickr account and it’ll extract images and make their grid to form desktop wallpaper.

You can also set Flickr Desktop Wallpaper to dynamically change your desktop wallpaper by creating a new grid after some time limit set by you. It also allows you to make desktop background less distracting by adjusting the intensity.

It sits in your system tray when minimized. Though it doesn’t have the functionality so that it loads at startup but still it is quite useful for getting dynamically generated wallpaper.
Moreover, no installation is required to use it.
