It seems like that websites with large userbase are in a silent battle with each other. Everyday these giants are coming up with a new feature so as to provide the user community with extended control. Google owned Youtube has come up with another feature that will bring a smile on their users’ faces especially Orkutters.

Sharing Youtube videos on Orkut has become very handy now with extended feature that Youtube provides in video sharing section. Earlier Youtube users could share Youtube videos(with the help of ‘Share’ tab) on underlisted accounts:

• MySpace
• Facebook
• Digg
• Del.icio.us
• Reddit
• StumbleUpon etc.

Now one more name has been added to this list. Yes, you got it right…..now you can share Youtube videos on your Orkut account. Now you’ll say what’s new in that.Here’s the difference, earlier users had to copy and paste the video url into their Orkut accont in order to share the video but now this is just a click away.

This is how it works:

Youtube video sharing tab now has Orkut link in it. In order to share a video user simply clicks on Orkut link in ‘Share’ tab present under video display. This redirects the user to his Orkut account where he is asked for confirmation. After the user clicks the ‘Add Video’ button the video gets shared.
