Gone are the days when you need to find hacks to IM your friends on Yahoo! Messenger from Google Talk and vice-versa. Very soon, Yahoo! Messenger and Google Talk will be able to talk to each other as both have decided to make instant messaging interoperable.

As stated in a recent press release by Google, Yahoo will now use Google Adsense as their monetizing tool to generate revenue. It’ll use Google’s search and contextual advertising technology through its AdSense for Search and AdSense for Content advertising programs in US and Canada.

Also, both Yahoo and Google have agreed to make their IM services interoperable so that users can easily connect and communicate.

As Yahoo Messenger is also interoperable with MSN Live Messenger, Yahoo users will be able to connect both Google and MSN Live users.
