In few days, you’ll experience more personalized results whenever you search on Google. The results will be customized based on your location, your recent searches on Google and your past Web History if you are signed in to Google.
These new features will be rolled out in coming days, as said by Official Google Blog.
The location will be approximately estimated by Google based on your IP address and will be shown on search results page.
The user will also have the option to change the way search results are customized. You can click on More details to customize your location, your recent searches and your Web History. Web History will work only when you are signed in to Google.
These new features seem to be quite useful as search results will become personalized.
