Since Facebook launched applications, the profile pages have become all the more cluttered with application boxes, which is not at all better than other cluttered social networks like Myspace.
But now Facebook is set to release a clutter free design sometime this month.
Though the new design is not yet released to general users and is set to be released soon, the preview of new design is available for Facebook application developers so that they can check out how their applications will look in new design. Here’s a screenshot of the new design of Facebook profile page.

The new design is definitely clutter free with applications put in a new tab named ‘Boxes’ while Profile home page shows Profile Photo on right side with your latest posts, imported notes and of course the friend list. The new design is heavily based on AJAX.
To preview your new redesigned profile page, go to url : http://www.new.facebook.com/profile.php
Remember, to preview this new design you need to have Developer Application installed, otherwise it’ll redirect to normal Facebook profile page.
Check out this new design and post your views in comments section below.
