Fotoflexer claims itself to be the worlds most advanced online image editor. When I gave it a shot, I found it to be somewhat true. There are many online image editors but this one provides you with loads of options to choose from and it is very easy to use. It provides almost every option that a normal user can think of. Some of its best features include red eye removal, stretching, retouch, doodling, distortions etc. You can add a number of effects to your photos. It also allows you to manage layers of the photos. You can also add animations, borders, glittering text etc. You can upload a photo from your pc or from photo sharing, social networking  sites like picasa, facebook, photobucket, flickr etc. As you can see below that the main editor contains 8 tabs which are categorized according to different functions.

All of its features cannot be mentioned here, you will have to try it to believe it. Its worth giving a shot because it provides all these features for free that some photo studios charge for.
