It mostly happens in schools, offices that administrators have set up restrictions so that no one could access( surf ) the internet. But you can befool these restrictions with a very handy trick.

Here are the steps:

1. Run any Windows program, say Notepad.
2. Now click F1 on keyboard to open up the Help menu.
3. Right click on the titlebar of Help menu.

4. Click ‘Jump to URL…’ submenu.
5. Another window opens where you can type the URL and access the internet (thus befooling Admin’s restrictions >:) ). The page opens in the right frame of Help window.
