Google search engine is lot more than just a search engine. It has numerous features that we can use for various purposes, like the most useful one “scientific calculator“. I have discussed some features like map view, time line view and tips for searching a particular filetype in google in my earlier post. Here are some other cool features.

1.Definitions

You can use google for finding definitions of words. You have to write define before the word. For example if you want to find the definition of the word “Hallucination” then you have to type define hallucination and you will get the required result as shown below. The word is generally defined in the first result and other results provide a link.

2.Weather forecast

You can also use google to directly see the weather forecast of your city. You can see the forecast of 4 days in it. You just have to add the word weather before your city name. For example if we want to find the weather details for new delhi then the query will be as weather new delhi. You will get the following result of your query.

3.Fact based questions

You can enter a fact based query to get accurate results like you can enter population of india as your query and you will get the following results.
