Ever wonder if you could copy text from those copy protected secured PDFs or print those print protected PDFs. Here is a handy freeware utility to let you do that.
PDF Unlocker is a PDF unlocking utility that removes any types of copy or print restrictions from password-protected secured PDFs.

After Installing PDF Unlocker, just open your explorer and browse to the directory containing secured PDF file and drag n drop the file you want to unlock over PDF unlocker icon on the desktop.
It’ll unlock your PDF and save it in the folder containing original file with _noPW attached to its filename. It can take some time to process if your PDF has large number of pages.
