How to Pin Programs To Start Menu?
Do you know that besides listing frequently used programs list and programs for Internet and e-mail, Start Menu also lets you add your own favorite programs to Start Menu permanently i.e. pinned to Start Menu.

To pin a shortcut to Start Menu, simply right click any program shortcut or .exe file in My Computer or even the shortcut in All Programs under Start Menu and select Pin To Start Menu.

Using this, you can keep your favorite programs just a click away. This can be done both on Windows XP and Vista.
There are also some other third party tools like RocketDock, which you can use to keep your favorite programs in a Mac like Dock.
