The author of this tip appears to have no knowledge of caching, a feature found in computer systems since before Windows 95. Caching of DLL&#039;s, etc. improves performance and does not waste memory. Windows has a complex and efficient system to reclaim this memory when needed.

Windows designers know more about memory management than you do.
