Facebook has dethroned Myspace to become worlds top social networking site with 132 million unique visitors in the month of June, according to the web tracking firm ComScore. Of 132 million 63% are outside North America which represents the huge international growth of Facebook.Facebook has an annual growth rate of 153% v/s Myspace’s 3%.

The site has recently been translated into 69 more languages whereas it was available only in 20 languages before. The translation factor has certainly provided a big edge as it can easily be seen in Latin America which showed a growth rate of visitors by 1055 percent. Territory wise Asia Pacific region visitors increased by 458% whereas Middle East and Africa showed 400 percent growth.
