FriendFeed today released a beta version of its newly designed interface to all users. The new interface is available at http://beta.friendfeed.com and will soon be available on main site.
Below are some of the new features that are added to redesigned FriendFeed.
1. Share Photos:
Now you’ll be able to share photos on FriendFeed by directly uploading to FriendFeed. The uploader will allow you to upload multiple photos at once with no software to download and install.
2. Organize Friends:
Now you can organize your friends into friend lists which will be displayed in the right sidebar. Using friend lists, you can separate updates from your family from those of your friends or colleagues.
You can also get Best of Day and Best of Week summaries for a particular friend list. It’ll show what is popular among a friend list.
3. Easy Navigation:
Your favorite rooms and friends are just one-click away with new sidebar providing quick links to Rooms and friend lists organized into nice drop downs.
