We all have uploaded, e-mailed hundreds of images in the form of attachments. In order to save bandwidth and avoid crossing maximum attachment size in emails, most of use image compression softwares. No doubt these softwares do well in compression process but the only problem with them is that we need to provide the path of image manually. Softwares that do this automatically can br real time savers.
Shrink Pic is a free Windows utility that allows users to send photos from their computer using their favorite email program, instant messenger etc.. The good news is, without the need for any effort from users.
What you need to do after installing Shrink Pic is absolutely “nothing”. Shrink Pic keeps running in the background and whenever you send photos to your friends, relatives using your email program, messenger or web browser( in case of blogging), it compresses them automatically. That means you dont need to manually compress any image.
Also you can control how Shrink Pic works. You can specify the size of the photos to be sent and which photo types should be handled, but the actual compression operation is done automatically. You need not to make duplicates and resize them manually – Shrink Pic does that for you.
An important note: Disable Shrink Pic when you are to upload your digital images for printing to your favorite photo printing website. You can either close the program or deselect Enable Photo Compression to ensure that Shrink Pic is not processing your photos when you upload them.
