Portable and Anonymous Opera: OperaTor

Operator-Portable-Opera

Since the launch of Opera 9.5, I was looking for its portable version just like the Portable Firefox 3 and here is the Portable version of Opera 9.51 – Operator 3.1. It is a mere 7 mb zipped download which you can extract to Pen drive and browse the web privately anywhere keeping your bookmarks and history always with you.

Besides Portability, another nice feature of Operator is anonymous browsing using Tor Proxy servers, hence the name – Opera+Tor. Proxy browsing is enabled by default which of course you can disable through Quick Preferences under Tools menu.

OperaTor supports only HTTP and HTTPS protocols and those elements which hinder anonymity like Java, JavaScript etc. are disabled by default which you can enable from Preferences if you just need Portable Browsing.

Get OperaTor and start browsing Portably and anonymously.
