I'm used to use the Ctrl+Enter in Skype to enter a new line, and if I do that in Outlook while writeing an email, it gets sent. And this drives me crazy. If that works, close Outlook Express and then restart Outlook Express. Chances are that the Deleted Items.dbx file is deleted and you can delete e-mails again.
