Google flags sites that host badwares as not safe for browsing and when you visit such sites via Google Search, you get a warning message from Google about safety issues.

This functionality of Google can be used to check out safety status of almost any site. To do this simply go to url
http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=www.sitetocheck.com
Replace sitetocheck.com with site you want to check out. e.g. to check Technotraits.com go to
http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=www.technotraits.com
and here’s what Google has to say about Technotraits.com
