dwafURL is a nice URL shortening service that lets you see statistics of your shortened URLs. To enable statistics, just enter password for your shortened URL and then you can access statistics by typing in http://dwarfurl.com/xxxxx/password in the address bar.

The stats will show you from where your shortened URL was accessed and how many times. It’ll also remember the history of URLs shortened by you.

A Firefox add-on is also available to shorten URLs on the go, which i was unable to install as Firefox gave error saying that "it does not provide secured updates".
