Microsoft now has further extended Windows 7 Beta Availability till Feb 12 to increase its Beta testers user base to a big number. But this time Microsoft looks stricter in its approach to apply the deadline as Windows 7 downloads and activation keys will only be available till Feb 10 and those who have started their downloads but not completed till Feb 10 will be able to complete by Feb 12.

It means that no new registration or downloads after Feb 10 and Windows 7 Beta downloads will cease after Feb 12 though there are other options like BitTorrent from where you can get Windows 7 Beta ISO easily. So, if you plan not to download Windows 7 now and try it later, go grab one of the activation keys as you can download Windows 7 later.

The MSDN and Technet subscribers are exempt from this deadline as they will have access to Windows 7 throughout its development.
