Flickr video which was available to only pro aka paid members of flickr is now open to everyone. Now, any user having a flickr account can upload a video(two per month limit for free accounts) to flickr with a time limit of 90 seconds and file-size limit of 150 MB.

Also, flickr now supports HD videos too. You can upload HD video content to flickr but videos will play in HD mode only if you have a pro account while for free members, videos will play in normal mode only even if you upload in HD. Though anyone can watch HD videos of other users, just click on HD icon in the video player.
And if you’re thinking of uploading your last weekend party video by reducing its size to flickr, then this isn’t the place to do that as Flickr will trim down video length to 3 minutes.

Interesting, if a bit underwhelming on Flickr’s part.
Thanks for the info.
