Found something interesting while surfing the web and want a quick way to grab its screen shot which you can show to your friends or if you are of the collectors type, who just wants to collect good stuff, then Kwout is the way to go. This handy web application provides a bookmarklet clicking on which will let you grab the screen shot of currently open web page quickly.

After grabbing the screen shot, you need to select the area to capture from the web page. You can adjust the size of the screen shot to small, medium or large using the slider. Medium size might be better choice as Kwout won’t let you capture beyond 600×600 px screen shot.
Once you are done with the screen shot area, click on cut out and you will be able to post screen shot to your blog using the embed code or share it on Fickr, tumblr or add to evernote.
To add Kwout to your bookmarks bar, drag this link (Capture WebPage) to your bookmarks bar.
Here’s a more geeky way to grab web page screenshot from windows command line(Pt 10).
