If you have been using Windows 7 Beta lately, then one of the features you might miss in Windows XP or Vista is the option to shuffle taskbar items with drag and drop a taskbar icon to new position.
To achieve similar functionality in Windows XP or Vista, you’ll need a tiny utility known as Taskbar Shuffle.
With it, you can, not only drag and reorder taskbar items but it also allows to drag and shuffle tray icons.By default, the drag and drop functionality is enabled for Tray icons which you can set to enable only when you hold down a certain key like Ctrl or Alt while dragging tray icons.
Another cool feature is that you can ask it to close down applications by using the middle button click of your mouse over a taskbar item.
Also, it requires a small amount of memory so you can enable it to start with windows without any worries.
