If you are a heavy Outlook user with Microsoft Outlook open on your desktop whole day, then now you can access Twitter updates directly from within Microsoft Outlook with OutTwit.
OutTwit is a free twitter client for Outlook using which you can update your status, follow your friends’ updates directly from within Outlook.
It includes all the nitty gritty features of twitter client incuding URL shortening, grouping tweets, search tweets using keywords etc. Also, OutTwit supports Twitpic, Posterous and Twitgoo so that you can share pictures on twitter.
To send a direct message to your twitter friend hit Reply button or start your message with d username [your msg]. And to send reply hit Reply To All button of outlook or you can use @username [your msg].
