Ever wonder how to create those wide angled view Panoramic Photos. Here are 5 tools that will stitch images to create Panoramic images for free. Just create a series of overlapping photos of a scene and use one of these tools to get a Panoramic Photo.
1. AutoStitch
AutoStitch is a little tool for Windows that’ll let you create Panoramic photos. just select set of photos and AutoStitch will do the rest. You can edit various options under Edit > Options. Though it is a paid software, you can try out the demo version as it can do the job perfectly.
2. Windows Live Photo Gallery
Windows Live PhotoGallery also lets you create panoramic photos easily. just select the photos and then click on Create panoramic photo under Make option. You don’t have to bother about order of the photos as Windows Live Photo Gallery will handle it. Within few seconds, your panoramic photo will be ready.
3. Clevr Photo Stitcher
Clevr is an Adobe AIR application to create Panoramic photos. You would need to sign up with Clevr to use this piece of software. With a Free ClevR account you can create 50 Panoramic photos. Also, you can upload Panoramic photo to ClevR and it’ll create a 360 degree viewer for your photo which you can embed on your website or blog. This is a cross platform application as it will work on any platform where Adobe AIR is installed.
4. Microsoft Image Composite Editor
Microsoft Research provides this free tool for Windows especially built to create Panoramic Photos. It can export Panoramic photos to a wide variety of formats including TIFF, multi resolution HD format, Silverlight Deep Zoom which you can use on your website. Microsoft ICE as it is called also lets you change options of stitching images and when images are stitched you can change angle or perspective of the panoramic photo.
5. MagToo Panorama Show
MagToo Panorama Show is an Online tool that lets you create a Panorama Show with a nice 360 degree rotation effect which you can then embed into your website or blog. One limitation however is that it works only with Internet Explorer as it it requires ActiveX controls to work.

This is a great article! The new panorama feature in Windows Live Photo Gallery is a great tool and makes it easy for beginners to create great panoramic shots (just ask Alexa: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVdEq-mYURs&feature=channel_page).
