Opera has announced the launch of opera mobile 10 beta for Windows phones after previously launching it for the symbian mobiles earlier this month.The free Opera Mobile 10 beta starts off with a customizable Speed Dial screen, composed of nine preview thumbnails that whisk you off to a favorite site.

Opera has included a lot of features in this version like Speed Dial, tabbed browsing, password manager and also its web compression technology, Opera Turbo. In fact the Opera mobile 10 for Windows phones is visually and functionally similar to that for the Symbian phones.

Some features that beta version lacks include Opera Link, its bookmark and favorites syncing service. This feature might be restored when the final version is launched.
