Wallpaper Juggler is a tiny application that can rotate and download wallpapers from InterfaceLift.com and WallpaperStock. You can set the time after which the wallpaper will be changed. It has a very simple preferences menu in which you can change the settings according to your needs.
You can choose various directories and folders from which you want to add the wallpapers and the juggler will add those to the previous list of wallpapers. You can right click on its icon in the system tray and select juggle now to quickly apply new wallpaper to your desktop. It is really a nice and simple wallpaper changer.
