LG GD880 Mini is a touchscreen device which is very sleek and compact and weights only 99g. It has a 3.2 inches touchscreen with a maximum resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, an accelerometer sensor and scratch resistant surface. LG GD880 comes with a suite of social networking applications that LG say are even easier to use than a PC. The LG GD880 Mini distances itself from the current smartphone craze and sticks to LG own S-Class OS.

Sony has launched an e-book reader called Sony Reader that uses an electronic paper display developed by E Ink Corporation. The reader is capable of displaying Adobe PDFs, RSS newsfeeds, personal documents, blogs and JPEGs. It also allows MP3 and AAc music files playback.Sony reader uses an i-Tunes like interface to purchase boose books from Sony connect ebook store, but it is only for the US and Canada.

It has 166 dpi (200 dpi in 5 inch version PRS-300) resolution, eight levels of grayscale, is viewable in direct sunlight, requires no power to maintain a static image, and is usable in portrait or landscape orientation. The navigation is user friendly with only few buttons giving you all the access you need to operate the device.

This model comes in blue, silver, and rose, and retains the look, feel, and interface of earlier versions of Readers.

iPhone 4G is expected to be out for testing in April this year and is expected to have a lot of improvement over its previous versions in the terms of features and performance. Few features that we expect in iPhone 4G are :

Removable Battery : This feature is surely going to be loved by all iPhone owners as this will allow users to change batteries when the they get out of serveice.

Improved Camera : iPhone is little known for its camera as the quality is really poor and only with iPhone 3GS, you can click some good, decent photos. iPhone 4G is expexted to come with a 5MP camera, which will certainly be appreciated.

OLED Screen : The Google’s Nexus One has an OLED screen that consumes less power and is more intuitive than the iPhone’s touchscreen. iPhone 4G is expected to come with an OLED screen.
