A laptop for just $10??? Yes its true, India is developing a laptop worth $10 after creating worlds cheapest car. The news was confirmed by the Indian Minister of Human Resource Development D. Purandeswari in New Delhi on Tuesday. The laptop will target higher education applications. The research for this project is being carried out at Indian Institute of Science (IIS), Bangalore and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.
