It uses Google Translate service to do translation and therefore those languages will be available which Google Translate understands.

  Google Translate is now available on your iPhone. Unlike the Google Translate on Web, the Google translate is optimized for speed and easy access on iPhone. The web version was quite difficult to use on iPhone, so Google has launched its iPhone version.
